Cybertruck owners are finally getting Smart Summon through the Tesla FSD 14.3.4 release. This Cybertruck Smart Summon FSD update brings the long-promised come-to-me and go-to-target controls that let the truck move itself without a driver inside.
The rollout marks another step for FSD v14.3.4 Cybertruck builds after two years of waiting since launch. The interface now shows clear options to press and hold for the vehicle to approach or head to a selected spot on the map.
Context on the new Cybertruck ASS features
Tesla calls the feature set Cybertruck ASS features in the update notes. Parking options also appear directly on the map when you reach your destination, making it easier to choose spots similar to Supercharger selection.
Elon Musk even posted about the build, which is rare for routine FSD drops. Many owners are still waiting for the push, but early videos already show the Cybertruck pulling forward with tinted windows hiding the empty cabin.
What this means for Tesla owners
For daily use the biggest win is driveway maneuvering. You can summon the truck out of the garage or shift it around without climbing in, especially handy when the vehicle is blocking something. The same logic applies at destinations where the truck can target an open spot.
I cover the full Cybertruck Smart Summon FSD update experience in the companion video here: https://youtube.com/watch?v=HATAQ0ySPWc. For deeper background on the feature timeline check this post on the https://denniscw.com/blog/tesla-smart-summon-cybertruck-launch.
When I run FSD I keep my phone visible with a solid mount from Jowua. Their Versatile Mount keeps navigation and controls right where I need them during supervised drives.
Bottom line
Tesla Smart Summon 2026 will likely build on this foundation, but the current Tesla FSD 14.3.4 delivery already delivers usable Cybertruck ASS features today. Owners should see the update soon if it has not hit yet.
