Tesla has begun rolling out FSD 14 Lite to Model S and Model X owners on HW3 with Intel hardware.
This completes the Tesla FSD v14 Model S X push for the remaining older vehicles. The Model S FSD Supervised update finally reaches the last batch of cars that had been waiting.
Context on the rollout
For months, refreshed Model S and Model X got priority on newer FSD versions. Now the Intel HW3 FSD rollout extends the same 14 Lite build to vertical-screen cars. Tesla appears to have resolved earlier stability issues that affected some HW3 units.
What this means for owners
If you drive a pre-refresh Model S or Model X, check for the update in your car. The new code brings the same supervised autonomy features already running on newer hardware. Many owners report smoother highway merges and better urban handling after installing FSD 14 Lite HW3.

Early testers also note improved visualization on the vertical screen, something that was missing in previous supervised builds.
Accessories that pair well with FSD
While you wait for the update to finish, many owners add a reliable phone mount for monitoring the car during supervised drives. Jowua Tesla accessories — phone mounts, center consoles, and more offers the exact mount I use daily.
Bottom line
The Intel HW3 FSD rollout shows Tesla is keeping its promise to support older hardware. Download the update when it appears and test it on familiar roads first. Drop your experience in the comments below.
