In today's stream (now turned blog post), we covered the current state of Tesla incentives as Q1 wraps up, my predictions for what's coming next week and into Q2, why Cybertruck might stay incentive-free for now, and why Full Self-Driving (FSD) is redefining luxury. Current Incentives: Solid, But Room to Improve

Right now, deals are pretty strong:

• 0.99% APR on Model 3 – killer financing!
• 0% APR on Model Y.
• 2,000 miles free Supercharging for gas car trade-ins (but I predict this ends soon – low impact).

Inventory is balanced across models, with no massive dumps. Tesla's nailed production pacing. Model S/X inventory is high (~1,000-2,000), Model Y leads at 3,300, but Cybertruck? Only ~40 units. No incentives there yet.

• Possibly broader 0% APR eligibility.

ValueAnalyst predicts aggressive moves like free Supercharging miles by March 20th, tied to March 31st delivery. Bear case, but plausible. Sweet spot: Thursday announcements for end-month rush.
