While I don’t expect it to climb that high, recent Model X price hikes (up $12,000 to $89,990) suggest Tesla might position the Model Y Performance higher to create a pricing gap.
My prediction? The Model Y Performance MSRP could land between $59,990 (launch series price) and $69,990, with $65,000 as a middle-ground guess—$10,000 more than the Model 3 Performance.
