Hey everyone, DennisCW here! Tesla just made some major moves in the Korean market with significant price reductions on popular models. If you're eyeing a Tesla purchase, this could be a sign of things to come elsewhere – including the US. Shoutout to the Tesla channel for sharing the details first.
Tesla dropped prices today in Korea:
They've also discontinued the RWD and Long Range trims in this market, streamlining their lineup.
This isn't entirely surprising. We've seen discounts and incentives kick off in Tesla's China and Asian markets first, then gradually trickle to other regions like Europe and the US. Korea was already selling a solid volume of Teslas, so these cuts might be Tesla's way of pushing even harder.
If history repeats, we might see similar strategies roll out stateside in the coming months or even next year. Don't panic if you can't pull the trigger by year's end – better deals could be on the horizon! What do you think? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
Adding some flair to the news, Tesla introduced Marine Blue as a new color option for the Model 3. We've spotted it on Model Y prototypes too, and it looks stunning. I can't wait to see it up close in person. Which color would you pick?
If you're gearing up to buy a Tesla, don't forget the essentials! Grab a set of all-weather floor mats to keep your interior spotless. We've got them in all our Teslas – perfect fit, lifetime warranty.
