A video from Waco, Texas appears to capture the Tesla Roadster already floating with visible rocket thrusters firing.
The Spotted Footage
This clip, dated April 15th, 2026, comes from near a SpaceX testing facility. It shows an object hovering with what look like four diamond-shaped flames underneath. While some might call it grasping at straws, the timing lines up with ongoing tesla roadster 2026 news.
Background on Roadster Thrusters
Elon Musk has long teased flying cars, and the original Roadster site used a "where we're going" tagline straight from Back to the Future. The car’s design already includes what many interpret as thruster ports. This new sighting could be the first real-world proof of roadster thrusters spacex integration.
What This Means for Tesla Owners
If these tesla roadster rocket thrusters work as rumored, the 2026 model could offer short-hop flight capability. Owners waiting on the next-gen Roadster would suddenly own something far beyond a supercar. That changes everything about performance expectations and delivery timelines.

Bottom Line
The tesla roadster thrusters spotted in this Texas video add serious weight to the flying car rumors. Whether it’s real or advanced testing remains to be seen, but the evidence keeps stacking up. Watch the original clip here: https://youtube.com/watch?v=WBKAV9ojLy8
