Hey everyone, DennisCW here! If you're as excited about Tesla's Robotaxi as I am, you've got to check out the latest sightings. The future of autonomous ridesharing is rolling out faster than we thought, and I've got the details straight from the streets.
Just the other day, we caught the Tesla Robotaxi in Los Angeles – a familiar spot for Tesla testing. But now, it's popping up in Orlando, Florida! This one was equipped with a rear camera washer, which is a nice upgrade. I wish we'd checked if the California models had it too, but it looks like Orlando's version is more advanced.
And hold onto your seats – they're also gearing up in Las Vegas! Videos show a ton of these Robotaxis parked in a lot, complete with rear washers. It seems like Tesla is queuing them up for a full Robotaxi launch in these markets: Vegas, Orlando, and LA. Slowly but surely, the rollout is happening. Are we on the cusp of Robotaxi rides everywhere?
What do you think? Drop your thoughts in the comments below – will these cities be Robotaxi hubs soon?

Big news from the regulatory side: The NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) is proposing a rule change to modernize U.S. vehicle safety standards for fully autonomous vehicles.
Specifically, they're updating Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 102. This would mean vehicles without steering wheels or pedals no longer need to display gear positions like Park (P), Drive (D), or Reverse (R). Why? In a true driverless world, those indicators are obsolete – no human driver to confuse, and it prevents tampering.
It's a smart move to pave the way for Tesla's vision. But is it a green light for safety, or should there be more safeguards? Let me know your take!
One thing's for sure – if you're picking up a new Tesla, don't forget the essentials. It doesn't come with all-weather floor mats, but my top recommendation is 3W Liners.
I've tested them all: 3D Maxpider, Tesmanian, Amazon generics, you name it. 3W Liners win hands down for fit, durability, and protection. They're in my Model X, Model 3, Model Y, and even the Cybertruck.
